RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

My Closet Story offers an easy return & exchange policy to ensure customer’s hassle-free shopping experience. As an additional measure, please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase. Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Exchange Policy

Size Exchange: In case of any size issue with the product delivered, you can email us at [email protected] within 24 Hours from the date of delivery. In case the order is eligible for reverse pickup and the facility is available on your pin code, we will arrange a pick-up from the same address and re-send the product. Please note that, the reverse pick-up charges are to be borne by the customer and that is INR 250 per order. If reverse pick-up is not available on your pin-codes, in that case a customer is requested to send back the product to us with the customer name / Order id and mobile number on it at the below mentioned address :

When Exchange is not accepted?

  • Exchange are allowed on size issues only. The purchases made on sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non exchangeable. We recommend you to go through the size chart carefully before purchasing.
  • Exchanges are not accepted due to color variation. A 10% color variations might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
  • Exchange are not accepted in case the customer does not like the material or colour of the product order. We hereby mention that we use the best quality material and assure that all the product details are mentioned in the description. We would recommend you to please read all the details before placing the order.

Return & Refund

As a company policy, we do not take returns or provide refund for the items sold once.

Damaged/Wrong Delivery:

Please note that when a product is shipped from our warehouse it undergo 3 layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. In the rare case it happens that you receive a damaged or wrong item and in that case we would resolve it for you. In case you received a damaged/defective product, please email us the pictures within 24 hours of delivery, we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility.
